圣诞”大”餐

一直愁圣诞吃啥,恰逢近期YF同学苦练厨艺(已被授予下次家庭party中餐主厨职位)。中餐没我什么事了,于是最近借机提高了下意大利面技术。圣诞菜单:回锅肉,干煸苦瓜,盐煎鱼。以图代言:(第一张闪光不均,过爆了。。)

p.s. 意大利面或者说pasta是一个很笼统的说法,准确的说,图中的是通心粉maccaroni,我更喜欢fusilli,最不喜欢spaghetti(学校cafe by the quad只有这个。。口感比刀削面,油泼面差远了)
